Action Workshop – a dynamic two-day workshop for up to 30 persons where corporate teams review and understand the IO Diagnostic™ results and reach consensus on actions to improve. A complete set of workshop materials and a summary report outlining team action plans are included. Selected pre-workshop interviews can also be provided to assist the management sponsor in understanding the implications of the IO Diagnostic™ results in the context of the complete business and to develop strategies for the Action Workshop.

Strategic Improvement Report – companies engaging in multiple Action Workshops use the Strategic Improvement Report to record the workshop results, resource requirements and improvement project schedules. This allows the management sponsor to determine strategic priorities for cascading and managing IO improvement throughout the company.
